Develop Site Structure
During this step, issues such as site organization and site structure are addressed. If necessary, a content delivery plan and site map are created.
For larger, more complex websites it may be necessary to address navigation issues and define key user paths (especially important for e-commerce sites). User profiles created in step one can be used to simulate specific paths a typical user would take when performing a task.
